Main page protection[]
you should keep this page protected, n00bs! lol 71.38.213.102 19:24, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- That would discourage genuine users and make the page less up to date. Angela talk 00:07, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- But, oh, wouldn't that mean there would be at least a few administrators to help the wiki? There's like ony one admin on Waldo Wiki, and no one protects the Main Page! These people are idiots! 71.213.137.129 22:24, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- There is no reason to protect this page any more than any other page on the wiki. We want to encourage people to add to and build on the wiki - this is everybody's project – it's not just the admin's site, so everyone should be able to lend a hand at tweaking and adding stuff to it. And by assuming good faith, and not being overprotective of the little stuff, the wiki can only benefit from this. Yes, people may vandalize things and be jerks, but that can quickly be fixed. Actually, if somebody's going to vandalize the wiki, I'd want them to do it on the main page -- It's the easiest place to spot it. You're really the only person who's caused any major problems with vandalizing it. I see no need to protect the page at this moment. WaldoWatcher 04:13, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- I agree, the main thing not to do to a wiki is to protect the main page, as it puts users of editing.

If ip users keep vandlising it, semi-protect it, but otherwise there is no point really.Sgtcook 22:27, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
Desktop Wallpaper[]
Anybody know of a where's waldo desktop wallpaper (high res)???
Try to find Waldo in this video[]
This short film randomly has Waldo in it 36 times: http://michaelalger.com/2009/10/blood-and-cupcakes.html
As the credits say "Waldo was visible 36 times. Did you see them all? (every cut counts as 1. Shadows don't)"
I've found them all. Can you?
- The website seems to no longer exist, unfortunately. MS 123.243.166.12 01:02, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
